speedyman_2
So they finally found someone to crack the computer code to install that S/C. Umm...Nope. I wish. That would be the new 4.4L Northstar that Hot Rod is talking about. The one going in the New STS-V and XLR-V. Should be 440HP
Bob D
Should be 440HP I hear that's a conservative number... '93 STS.. opened, dropped, wide...fast.

cruzajc1
I read the STS-V will do 13 flat in the 1/4 mile, that will definitely kill my 96 STS at 14.514:). I need a raise to afford that STS-V
JimD
So they finally found someone to crack the computer code to install that S/C. GM employees can get it done! Might have happened sooner except for all the damned meetings. But the STS-V does help explain all the delays with the aftermarket project for Northstar street-cars. A little intel. sharing going on there? Jim Drive your car. Use your cell phone. CHOOSE ONE !
CadiKing
Congratulations Guru, Some of us have dreamed of being involved with something like the NorthStar ... and Cadillac... Keep up the super work! I do not EVER plan to buy anything but a Cadillac from now on! Period!
an01sts
The thing I cannot understand is if your career--you life--revolves around desiging a product, why aren't you a consumer of the product? After all, my work creates a product that is the best of the best, so why would I use a substandard product? Just wondering; likewise, many others probally wonder the same thing. Scotty
Thanks Guru, I will make sure I get it, Mike Early on sailors navigated by the stars at night and the North star became the symbol for finding ones way home. Once you know where the Northstar is you can point your ship in the right direction to get home. So the star became a symbol for finding ones way home or more symbolically even finding ones path in life.
