Frank Carbone Posted March 23, 2005 Report Share Posted March 23, 2005 Hello All I seem to have a problem with my tach. It seems to read 500+ rpm more than it should. It seemed strange to me that when I shut the engine off the tach jumps up and then the needle slowly returns to zero but if I turn ignition to on position it goes to zero. I did have a slight coolant leak at the coolant flow valve (tee) and then I noticed the problem. I'm not sure if it's relevent but thought I'd add this info just in case.
