RoycezGma
I have a 1994 Cadillac Eldorado. My battery wasnt big enough to start my car so I had to jump it almost always. The week before I got the right battery I had someone try to help me jump it with their charger... There was no power plugged in or turn on on this charger but when trying to connect it to my battery he made it spark like the cables were reversed. Ever since then my gauges are flipping out... Anyone have any suggestions what exactly might be the problem?
rockfangd
A few things here. Check your battery connections good, especially the split positive. If they are surely good then pull all codes and post them here. I hope the connection was not reversed. I never recommend jumping these cars. I refuse to do it with mine. The side terminals were always horrible and clamps pop off way too easy. GM FAN FOREVER Nice, clean, luxury= fine automobile
