cdictas
Guys, I own a 96 STS, could someone please tell me what the acceptable spark plug wire resistance range is? My service manual says the resistance should be less than 15,000 ohms. I think this is a misprint, I think they meant 1500 ohms. Thanks, Chuck
JasonA
I believe that in general, it's about 10,000 ohms per foot. In general, resistance in the 20,000 ohm range (or 15k ohms like your service manual states) is correct. Jason(2001 STS, White Diamond) "When you turn your car on...does it return the favor?"
