BugsyC
P1106 just popped up.It's an intermittent high voltage to the MAP sensor..What would cause this? Is it a vacuum leak somewhere?? Where to start looking? 02 Eldorado ESC
Bruce Nunnally
more likely an issue at the sensor: Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor harness is open or shorted Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor circuit poor electrical connection Quote Bruce 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Follow me on: Twitter Instagram Youtube
rockfangd
High voltage typically means that the circuit is either broken to the sensor or the sensor itself is open. The feedback sent back to the pcm sees a high voltage return that is over the normal range for the sensor and that is what throws the code Quote GM FAN FOREVER Nice, clean, luxury= fine automobile
