basher57 0
I own a 2004 Deville and I have lost all power to my windows and locks from my drivers door. The interior lights also will not go off when the door is closed also. In a related issue my radio has stopped working, there is power going to it because I have the time etc. but no sound, the radio part doesn't turn on at all.
Logan 160
I would check the wire harness where it passes between the body and door. The wires can fatigue and break. Picture is not mine....and is not a Cadillac. But can happen on any car. rockfangd 1 Quote Logan Diagnostic LLC www.airbagcrash.com www.logandieselusa.com www.ledfix.com www.ledfix.com/yukontaillightrepair.html www.ledfix.com/ledreplacements.html www.ledfix.com/j42385toolrental.html
OldCadTech 135
Very common problem that Logan shows in the above post. Another thing to check is the drivers door module, it "tells" the BCM that the door is open or closed. The interior lights not going off indicates the door module is not seeing the door being closed.
