joshpb Posted November 20, 2016 Report Share Posted November 20, 2016 I have a 1999 cadillac deville with a trouble code p1660. Control fan circuit. I changed the temp sensor. Relays are good. Fuses are good. The fans will not kick on by themselves. I have a bypass to have them on. But it doesnt fix the code and i need to smog. Without the bypass. Both fans do not turn on. barczy01 Posted November 21, 2016 Report Share Posted November 21, 2016 Pulling the coolant temp sensor connector turns both fans on by default.
