Bruce Nunnally Posted June 10, 2016 Report Share Posted June 10, 2016 2014 Cadillac ATS: some buttons on CUE system not responding such as radio presets. Dealer asked $115 to diagnose. Owner performed Calibration with no change. Dealer suggests customer pull fuse to reset. Customer uncertain where fuse is. ATS at 51k miles so uncertain wtty coverage. My answer: please contact @cadillaccustsvc also. We can find the fuse Page 10-35 in owner manual I think fuse 23 in instrument panel fuse panel is nav. Hopefully that will reset / reboot to normal, but may require new head unit. SO close to 50K possible Customer Service can offer consideration.
