Detroit Int. Autoshow Pics!

Here are some of the photos I took at the show...

The first STS-V I saw was nice, but sort of borring. It was grey, and I more appreciated it than liked it. Then as we ventured deeper into the Cadillac exhibit, this took my breath away...

And then their was this massive "V" insignia, that was bigger than i was. You can see the reflection of the black CTS-V that was parked next to the above STS-V...

We did look at everything, not just Cadillacs!

Dodge had the new Charger, which was dynamite. They were pretty clever with these painted tire tracks on the rug...

this will be my last one. I took over 160 photos, and it barley put a dent in the 156Mg memory card I have. They were all high resoulution too. If you guys want to see more, just ask.

Nothing on the Cobra yet, but their was this section of the Ford display devoted to Mustang tunners, such as Steeda, Roush, and Saleen.

This one was the hottest...

It's an HP Photosmart 435.

It shoots at up to 3.1 Mega pixels, which produces good quality pics.

I got it for christmas, and find it a handy little toy to have around!

This was the only other pic I took of the Solstice, too bad the door was open, but the turn table wasn't spinning, so I couldn't get the other side...

I like that Saturn Sky! It really reminds me of a Honda S2000, which I think is a really sharp-looking roadster. For once, a Saturn with some emotion in the sheetmetal (or polymer)! I hope they put a real engine in it.

Thanks for the photo's! My Dad is considering buying a Sky or Solstice for my Mom if he has any money left after he buys himself a new Corvette. I like the Saturn, but I think it would look better without the chrome strip in the grill.

Rumor has it the Solstice, Sky and the Buick version will all be getting a supercharged version of the Ecotec motor making over 200 HP. Before he died, Lingenfelter had an Ecotec making almost 1500 HP in his race Cavalier!!!!!!!!!

Actually, I agree with you guys, typically Saturns make me yawn, but they also had a car called the "Aura", that was gorgeous. The presenter/actor lady said that what you saw was 95% acurate as to what they will be producing. It was a four door sedan, on the smaller side, but still a good size (a little bigger than a Ford Focus). It has 19 wheels, and a really tough look to it.

I am really stoked for Saturns new direction, they really seem to be a viable division of GM now.

Here are some pics I snapped up of the Aura, what do you guys think?...
