I tried to talk to HP; but, sorry folks, I just couldn't understand what the Indian techs were saying. The HP site has a page where you can "e-Mail Carly" the CEO HP. She'll never see it, of course, but I gave it a try and received a phone call the next morning. They sent me a box to return the computer to them by prepaid FedEX. They guarant eed a 6 day return. I sent it out at 8:01 on Monday morning and it came back today, all-fixed, at 1:05 - four days, five hourse and 4 minutes (but who's couinting?) to California and back to Michigan!
