mace99999 Posted December 14, 2004 Report Share Posted December 14, 2004 Hey guys. I have a cherry 1982 Coupe Deville that has died on me a couple times now. I love the car, yet hate the infamous 4.1. I have a 69' Caprice with a very strong 350 in it. I love the 350 design and availability. Not to mention the reliability. I would love to put one in the Deville to not only keep it on the road, but to really get some horses out of it. Does anyone see this as being possible. Keep in mind you'll also have to change transmissions. I would go with either a TH400 or 4L60 overdrive transmission that has been beefed up.
