Logan Posted April 17, 2014 Report Share Posted April 17, 2014 Right at the '93-94 era....the powertrain codes changed from EO to PO. So....if I am looking at the service manual correctly. A EO27 is 'open throttle position switch.' Texas Jim Posted April 18, 2014 Report Share Posted April 18, 2014 With the engine at idle, press on the ISC plunger till it retracts. When it bottoms out, unplug it. Now adjust it to a .060 gap and then plug it back in.If it is also surging, that is indicative of a vacuum leak somewhere. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
