If they are going to stay in storage, they probably need to be cleaned up a bit and covered. If they are to be sold, they will need to be carefully valued, although some buyers may prefer them to be clean and as-well presented as possible, and other buyers would prefer them in barn-find condition (as-is). The Austin Stevens looks like it has been restored what with the shiny pained engine and new body finish but there isn't enough information to tell if it is driveable.
