1984 Biarritz no ECM or Fuel data display

I have the 84 manual and originally had a problem with the programmer mechanisim that opens / closes the air vent. As I traced back I had to go into the dashboard and removed both ECM and fuel data modules and see that shaking the wires made the connections go on and off. Now cant get the lights to work.

I would first disconnect the ground from the battery to see if a reset fixes the display. THEN look at:

Could be that a solder point on the circuit board broke loose from the removal of a plug, or the wiggling of wires caused a weak to begin with connector to shift causing a poor connection. You are going to have to go ack in, and figure out where you touched, and troubleshoot what could have happened with the wire movements.
