Logan Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 I would suggest it's a lot more then that at that Lansing site. The Lansing Grand River site is located on top of where the Oldsmobile plant was for eons. Like right after the original Olds plant burned down in Detroit.. So Oldsmobiles were built there from about 1910 to the 80's. Then building 90 came along in the 70's with Cutlass and then latter building Grand Ams and Calais. It might be a newer building, but pretty much the same square mile of property has been used to build cars for a hundred years. 1st picture...first millionth Oldsmobile built on the same site in 1940.
