SeaneOday
Hi guys, I've been researching this but I can't isolate the problem. Brake, ABS, TC dash lights came on yesterday, car runs and stops fine. Ran codes, these came up. ABS c1214- system relay contact ABS c1248- EBCM turned warning light on The only other thing current is a PCM p0137 code for my O2 B1S2, so unrelated I believe. Pulled my tires off, all wires connected and look good. Brake fluid level is full. I am going out now to check / clean the EBCM connector and investigate some more. But... Questions: 1. my rear pads are about done, any chance that would give me the c1214? Without any other brake warning codes or messages? 2. I've got "history" codes out the wazu, I will list them below. Any chances there is a connection that is loose where all this mess could intersect? I say "loose" because I figured if it were melted, shorted or unplugged there would be more "current" 3. What is the probability I will have to change out my EBCM? Codes marked "history": IPC v1000- u1301 u1016 PCM po463 RCC v1000 RFA b3109 SDM u1000 See what I mean? Loose connection? ** money saving advice always welcomed!
