As the modern automobile becomes more capable, it also becomes more complex. Dale Hall manages the GM Technical Assistance Center (TAC) which helps dealership technicians walk through stubborn service issues they may occasionally encounter. Check out the video as Dale shows us who makes up the TAC team and walks us through their background and expertise.
