I'm interested in what they do with the powertrain. The Chevy Volt had sign of shoot-the-engineer-and-go-to-production in a couple of things that should be well-done in the ELR. In particular, I expect the EPA on engine only to be better than that of the Volt, and of course the engine will be quieter in the cabin. I would expect the performance to be better, and of course the battery will be updated to address anything that came up with a couple of years experience with the Volt, as well as testing that Cadillac is doing with the ELR.
