Dadillac
I have the opportunity to purchase a wood & leather steering wheel for my 2002 Seville SLS. The problem is, that the part number listed, is for an '01 Seville. Both wheels have the same stereo, heat, cruise functions, and even look the same. But, to all in the know, will the '01 steering wheel, mount, and function properly, in my '02? It is the wheel only, and I must reuse my existing air bag. Thanks for all input. OynxSTS
I don't know if it will fit, But my $0.02, the wooden wheels take some getting used to. Sure they look awesome... But they feel...Well, different... Even a little cold and plastic compared to the all leather that I was used to... Further the wood bit at the top tends to reflect street lights at night and can generate the ol' "was that a dash warning light" painic... Dadillac
Thanks for the reply. It is definitely a look thing for me. The wheel I have is in great shape. The SLS just looks unfinished, with the wood on the dash and console, but not the wheel and shifter. Don "Modern warriors saddle iron horses of chrome."
