02 sedan de ville rear A/C blowing hot air

I have a 2002 sedan de ville vintage edition that the rear a/c unit blows hot/warm air--- anyone have recommendation as to the cause? Front a/c works perfectly.

If both sides of the front dual-zone system are cooling adequately but the rear is not, I would suspect a bad actuator for the rear A/C. Pull the diagnostic codes to be sure. There are instructions in the how-to section or click here: http://www.caddyinfo.com/readingcodes.html
