Bruce Nunnally
What if you pumped up the hp for a CTS-V wagon -- say added upper and lower pulleys to pump up the boost -- and put on drag radials -- would it run as well as a supercharged Corvette ZR1? For more info go to http://www.RoadTestTV.com - A stock Corvette ZR1 takes on a Cadillac CTS-V wagon with a tune, upper and lower pulleys, exhaust and drag radials in a 1/4 mile drag race at Palm Beach International Raceway during the May 6, 2012 http://www.StreetCarDrags.com drag event. cdgrinci
The ZR1 was coming fast (at the end); another fifty feet (or less) and the results would have been reversed. Would have to call it a dead heat (meaning a re-race may have yielded an opposite winner). But have to agree, that CTS was 'nasty' (quick).
