Cadillac Jim
None of the head gasket sealers really work on any car. If you hear about someone that has good luck with that, you will likely find someone that runs around just off-idle or something, and not for more than a few weeks. And, not with an aluminum block, or head(s). -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars. JohnnyG
Actually, head gasket sealers MIGHT work when the leak is from the coolant passages into a low pressure area such as the crankcase or to the outside of the block, or the heater core/radiator, or intake manifold. They will NEVER work when the leak is from the coolant passages into a higher pressure area such as the combustion chamber. Never underestimate the amount of a persons greed.
