Bruce Nunnally
Crest Cadillac of Plano is a sponsor of CaddyInfo, and does any maintenance or repairs I need on my Cadillac. I suppose the prices are similar between two Cadillac dealers and would not hesitate to bring my car to either. I find that clear communication and clear expectations are the key to a successful Dealer experience. BUICK11
I have the same Technican work on my car every time. I always talk to him once the service writer has prepared the work order. The Tech has my cell phone number and can contact me directly when necessary. I agree Clear Communications is the key.
