hogbuoy
I just replaced the crossover, water pump housing, gaskets in my 1998 Eldorado. Not an easy job with the engine in. Now white smoke comes out the exhaust and smells like antifreeze. What could I have possibly done wrong, during the above mentioned procedure, to allow coolant to get into the combustion or exhaust areas of my car? Thanks. BodybyFisher
I did this job, I don't see how this can happen, other than the smoke does the engine perform well? Did you remove the throttle body? Could this just be vapor burning off from inside the muffler system? What does the vapor smell like? sweet?
