No the light does not come on the car has 94000 miles on it and has new fluid in it

has new fluid but that doesnt answer my question, how is the fluid level? The car sitting level, car running in park warmed up then check the level. Who changed the fluid?

thats loss of communication with ABS. You said before you didnt get any codes. So are there any more codes?

if it loses communication with the ABS... or if any other suspension code is set... ithe transmission will default to 2nd gear starts.

Check all the wires going to the ABS module.

Make sure everything is clean and tight.

My guess is its right there by the master cylinder and if not then down below the gas/brake pedal area under the car.
