makeyaswet Posted August 6, 2011 Report Share Posted August 6, 2011 what temp should the cooling fans kick on? I have no oil mix in the oil, no smoking from tail pipe has great pull and all. But it runs hot. Temp gets up to 223 then drops but it allways get high. Lost with this. Checked the fuse under the hood and it was ok. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If they are, you are probably OK. With the A/C off or in the ECON mode, the fans will come on when the engine coolant is 229 F and they will go to high when the engine coolant is 234 F.
