Brake/Emergency brake lights on

Recommended Posts

Just replaced front/back brakes and rotors. Now the brake light and emergency brake lights are illuminated on the screen. There weren't on before I did the brakes. I did have to turn the caliper pistons back in a bit when I replaced the back pads. How do I get rid of the warning lights? Have someone coming to buy the car tomorrow. 1997 Cadillac Deville

if the calipers are pushing in more then they are taking in more fluid so check your fluid levels. Did you forget to plug in any sensors? Try manually releasing the Ebrake, set it and release to make sure its fully released.
