m311sublim2001 Posted July 27, 2011 Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 I have a 93 Deville with just shy of 110k. The door locks have always worked untill a month or two ago when one day they stopped. I was messing around with them when I figured out that with all the door closed they work just fine, its only if ANY one of the 4 doors are open then the locks dont work. It also works to have a door open but push the door jam switch shut which is how i have been locking them when i get out of the car. I copied a wire diagram out of a chiltons manual and found that the "Automatic Door Lock Controller" have a lock enable curcit that goes to the door jam switches and grounds threw them, and then has a seperate grond wire which im guessing might be the issue, but i cant find the automatic door lock controller and this is still just a guess as to the issue.
