I'll try giving it a shot of freon thanks Yep... if the air VOLUME is the same as usual, and it is a little warmer on the drivers. even if the pass side is cold...it usually means it is just a little bit low. There could be other factors .. like an air mix door etc etc ... but have the pressure checked for the freon before you go tearing stuff up and replacing parts that it may not need. GM has a snip of info in the service manual...."is system warmer on one side?....are system pressure readings ok?...system is low on freon...add freon and retest." I know I spent a Saturday afternoon working on my dash before finding the above info. Adding 1 can of freon fixed it in 15 minutes.
