If you didn't have a catalytic converter, you could wire in a spark plug at the end of each exhaust pipe to ignite the unburned fuel exiting the engine. Usually only works on older cars but would be rather interesting to see on a newer caddy. It would definitely scare the crap out of any ricer you pull up next to  . It is illegal though, so you would have to be careful where you use it.

Actually, you can fill a junkyard washer fluid reservoir with Seafoam, WD-40, or any other petroleum distillate, and plumb a soft tube from the reservoir to piece of hard brake line that attaches to your exhaust (preferably near the engine, like on the y-pipe) with a welded on male flare fitting, and when you activate the pump the petroleum distillate will spray into the exhaust and make a thick white cloud, blinding everyone behind you. It's a good way to lure people into a race... you can tell them you have a blown head gasket.

I actually had a flame thrower like that hooked up to our old riding lawnmower. I went to a classic car show and saw cars shooting flames. We went to the junk yard and got a distributor and all that jazz. I took the muffler off and put on an exaust pipe that shot out the back. I then welded on a chrome finished sink pipe for the tailpipe. Then, we hooked up all the wires and mounted the spark plug in the tail pipe. It shot blue-jet like flames. It was awesome! I got some weird looks when I was mowing. All I had to do was turn on the distributor and put the choke on. I loved it. Then, about a month later, the camshaft in the engine snapped in half :(. No more flame thrower. I still have all the stuff from it. I wanted to hook it up to the STS and get a pump to shoot gas through the pipes and shoot fire balls. My dad said no, haha!
