Magnum Rockwilder
I think that's one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. While they're at it, why don't they sell a kit to put baseball cards in your alternator fins so that it sounds like a supercharger? I hate "all show, no go" stuff. Bill K
I think that would go real nice with the LED lighted 4" exhaust tips. Of course if you have the tips you also gotta get the spinner hub caps and a couple of TYPE R stickers.
Magnum Rockwilder
WTF!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!! I see you're in Tampa. I'm in TB as well. I just got a great deal on a '94 Concours that needs a little work, so I joined the message board. Nice ride!

danbuc
If you didn't have a catalytic converter, you could wire in a spark plug at the end of each exhaust pipe to ignite the unburned fuel exiting the engine. Usually only works on older cars but would be rather interesting to see on a newer caddy. It would definitely scare the crap out of any ricer you pull up next to . It is illegal though, so you would have to be careful where you use it. http://www.autoloc.com/detail.lasso?itemid=flame2
Magnum Rockwilder
You can do it on an FI car if you have an air/fuel controller, or if you install a tube/pump/and reservoir full of denatured alcohol to your tailpipe and wire it to a toggle along with a coil and spark plug. an01sts
Now if they had something that I could shoot out a huge thick screen of smoke, totally blinding tailgating a$$holes, I'd sign up for the program.
Magnum Rockwilder
Actually, you can fill a junkyard washer fluid reservoir with Seafoam, WD-40, or any other petroleum distillate, and plumb a soft tube from the reservoir to piece of hard brake line that attaches to your exhaust (preferably near the engine, like on the y-pipe) with a welded on male flare fitting, and when you activate the pump the petroleum distillate will spray into the exhaust and make a thick white cloud, blinding everyone behind you. It's a good way to lure people into a race... you can tell them you have a blown head gasket.

AaronM
I actually had a flame thrower like that hooked up to our old riding lawnmower. I went to a classic car show and saw cars shooting flames. We went to the junk yard and got a distributor and all that jazz. I took the muffler off and put on an exaust pipe that shot out the back. I then welded on a chrome finished sink pipe for the tailpipe. Then, we hooked up all the wires and mounted the spark plug in the tail pipe. It shot blue-jet like flames. It was awesome! I got some weird looks when I was mowing. All I had to do was turn on the distributor and put the choke on. I loved it. Then, about a month later, the camshaft in the engine snapped in half . No more flame thrower. I still have all the stuff from it. I wanted to hook it up to the STS and get a pump to shoot gas through the pipes and shoot fire balls. My dad said no, haha! 18 Year Old Male Black 1992 STS 4.9L 90,XXX Miles Flowmaster 80 series muffler
