97 STS fixed and moving on

Recommended Posts

Well we bought his car as our first cadi. 1997 STS. Bought it for like $1200 with a blown Head gasket. Has the car shipped from Virginia to Minnesota. It's spotless. We did the timesert and fell in love with the car. It will be one of the hardest things i have to sell, but i know it has to go. New struts are on order then the car is being sold. I have learned a ton with all the help here. We will buy another Cadi for sure. Dunno yet but i think she is sold on a CST. I don't know. I love the STS performance because you can get into them pretty reasonable. Nothing like hiting an offramp at 60 and it says 25MPH. The car sits flat but the tires chearp letting me kow i bought a cheap tire. The BF'G's hold up prety good. Just sitting here having a few beers and looking at the car. Love it. I'm hooked. Vette performance in a 4 door with 6cly MPG to boot. I want another one. Project prefered. Why do many GM tech's call the N* the largest pos? From what i have seen, it's a piece of art. They did in 1997 what many are trying to do today. Okay, so the block treads and shocks failed. So what.

Where can i buy elbow grease? I don't want to use any of mine!

they are most definately work of art. If I had it my way I would have all 3, Deville, seville, and eldorado. I have already owned all 3 but currently own a seville and deville lol
