rockfangd
Anyone else have trouble with their 90s Cadillac clock running fast. There was a TSB in 96 for a BCM replacement or reprogram. My 96 deville runs 8 minutes a month fast, My 97 Seville runs 2 minutes a month fast. My 96 already had the repair for the problem in 98 but it is still doing it The clock is controlled by the BCM, and I have replaced the radio unit on my deville and like I figured it made no difference. Anyone have anything to add to this. Quote GM FAN FOREVER Nice, clean, luxury= fine automobile

KHE
I had the issue on my '96 Seville. The fix was to replace the PZM. My '97 Seville clock is fine. Quote Kevin '93 Fleetwood Brougham '05 Deville '04 Deville 2013 Silverado Z71

Could you give some more info on the PZM replacement yea pretty sure everything on the car is different than other caddys lol. The radios in these are different in that if you want to install an aftermarket stereo the wiring harness you plug into is behind the back seat. Then you have to run wires to the new stereo all the way up front. The dash is 3x bigger than a devilles but I always found it odd they couldnt fit more of the computers in it and a bigger glove box!
