latinowarrior
I have an 84 Eldorado Convt. biarittze and I recently replaced the shocks. I noticed that I have two mufflers on the car. One muffler is seated halfway in the middle and looks like it belongs. The second muffler is closer to the rear bumper and is smaller, round and long. What gives? The car has a singal exhust. Any info out there will be helpful.
chazglenn3
One is a resonator, and the other is a muffler. Charles

vantasticdude
Any muffler shop should have a multidude of different length resonators in stock . Did you consider replacing the exhaust without it & then if you don't like go back & in a 5-10 min span they can add one .
