cadillacjeff7777
08 DTS. Manual says that the fuse box is under the back seat. Yeah right! I have pulled on the front of that cushion in an upward direction and it will not pop out. Help!!! I am trying to wire my GPS into an ignition controlled circuit. 2008 DTS

There were on my 2000 Regal GS as well but the manual for this says to lift the front of the cushion up. 2008 DTS
Texas Jim
If I remember right, on my 96 there are bolts that have to be removed at the bottom of the back cusion. There were on my 2000 Regal GS as well but the manual for this says to lift the front of the cushion up. Move the front seats all the way forward... Get in with your back against the front seat... Grab the cushion on the bottom .. midway between the center of the cushion and the outer edge... Push towards the rear a little and "PULL UP"... HARD... :) The first time taking it out is the hardest... I like to have never got mine out the first time.
cadillacjeff7777
Got it. Judas! You weren't joking about it being hard to come out. 2008 DTS
Texas Jim
Yep, it is a bear to get out the first time. Next time it will be a LITTLE BIT easier...
