jschunke
Get a new gasket at the dealer. Use black high tack silicon sealer. The key to a leak proof seal is to clean the parts well with a razor blade, and use engine cleaner or other solvent. Wait a few hours for it to dry before adding water and running the motor. And don't use too much silicon, just a thin bead will do in the trough and over the gasket.
jgr7
Cleaning aluminum with a razor blade must be done with great care not to nick or mark the surface which will cause more leak problems. Be carefull. Jeff
