Here's the general Government web site:

Here's what you get when you find the EPA (window sticker figures) for a 2002 Deville:

http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/2008seleeng1f.jsp?year=2002&make=Cadillac&model=DeVille

You get this very quickly through a link Compare Side-by-Side, and it's a frame in a page with other links. These are the "new" EPA figures, the lower MPG figures that reflect what real people get with real cars on real roads (the old ones were professional drivers supplied by the manufacturers on specified roads). However, they are for one model; in the case of the Deville, there are VIN 'Y" (the 8th digit) and VIN "9" engines, and the figures you get will be for a VIN "Y" car with 275 hp which will be one or two MPG higher than a VIN "9" car with 300 hp or more. Your DTS is a VIN "9" car.
