srx 4 or 12 pins HID Ballast

I have to replace the driver hid ballast transformer on my 2007 srx V8, but I don't know if the ballast is 4 pins or 12 pins. I read that can be related to the rear low bean light, but did not have enough info, and I don't want to disassemble to buy the ballast and again, to installed.

Any info will be appreciated.............thank you in advance

I would write down the VIN number...call my local dealer..get the part number and price.

Then shop and see where I could get one the cheapest.

I have found that my local dealer will sometimes even match internet prices.

Ask if your dealer will do that.
