In T.S.B. 10-07-30-005 issued on April 6, the company said some 2007-9 SRX, 2007-10 STS and 2008-10 CTS models may have trouble engaging forward or reverse on start-up, or they may make a grinding noise when the shifter is moved. Replacing the output shaft and the transfer case input shaft should stop the grinding.
