stormytown
I am very close to pulling the trigger and buying a 06 Cadillac DTS Level III. It has 45,000 miles on it, and it is Cadillac Certified and I have negotiated a price of $20,700 or $20,000 if they don't have to send in the Certification to Cadillac. I did not think that $700 would be a bad investment to get about 2.5 years and 55,000 miles of bumper to bumper coverage. Your thoughts?? rcirobin
Steve, A friend just purchased an 06 DTS level I with the same mileage 18,000 dollars without the warranty, 18,900 with. I think 700.00 extra is worth it. Rob
Bruce Nunnally
I have seen the certification quoted as a $1,300 additional cost, so perhaps $700 is their actual cost? Texas Jim
For 700 extra....."DO IT"... Thats "CHEAP" One time in the shop to have almost "ANY LITTLE THING" done, will cost you that much.
Ranger
Probably not a bad deal, BUT I'd bet if you told them $20K WITH the warranty or you'll walk, they'll stop you before you get out the door. Tell them you found one for $19,800 with a warranty, but you have to travel to pick it up and this more convenient, but for anything more than $20K you're packing your bags.
