This includes 84,668 retail sales, a 32 percent increase over April 2009, and the seventh straight month of year-over-year retail sales gains. Much of that increase was a result of strong consumer demand for the Chevrolet Silverado, Malibu, Equinox, Traverse and Camaro – all of which posted year-over-year retail sales increases of 20 percent or more.
