BodybyFisher
From here it is very difficult to diagnose. One thing that I did not mention, is that its possible to overextend the inner CV joint on the axle by lifting the wheel assembly too high when the ball joint is disconnected. Typically if that happens, you will not be able to get the ball joint reconnected. BUT, if you somehow did mess up the inner CV joint and get it connected, that would be your problem. Have a look at it This is supported by the fact that its worse on turns Pre-1995 - DTC codes OBD1 >> 1996 and newer - DTC codes OBD2 >> https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/gm/obd_codes.htm How to check for codes Caddyinfo How To Technical Archive >> http://www.caddyinfo.com/wordpress/cadillac-how-to-faq/ Cadillac History & Specifications Year by Year http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/index.htm

BodybyFisher
What do you mean when you say new? Have they recently been balanced? Did you have this shake before you did the control arm? Have someone ride along side and see if your front wheel is bouncing, a broken belt or out of round tire can cause this Jack up the front end and grab each tire at 3 and 9 oclock and see if you have play indicating a tie rod or rack problem Pre-1995 - DTC codes OBD1 >> 1996 and newer - DTC codes OBD2 >> https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/gm/obd_codes.htm How to check for codes Caddyinfo How To Technical Archive >> http://www.caddyinfo.com/wordpress/cadillac-how-to-faq/ Cadillac History & Specifications Year by Year http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/index.htm
