I need help programming my Driver Name Set/Recall on the DIC. The owner's manual just says see your dealer for assistance. I have tried to figure it out myself but no luck. The tool required to personalize your year/model is a [$2,000 (Tech II device)]. Good luck finding a Cadillac dealer service department with the experience/patience required to follow the Tech II personalization procedure for less than $80.00 per hour. Jim Drive your car.
