OynxSTS Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 Some good news considering that in November the average cash on the hood for GM cars and trucks was just over $4000. GM has needed to fix its marketing model, oh since 1990... Once they wrestle that to the ground, they need to fix the service experience at the dealership... If you go to my old old historic posts... It still takes them too long to fix simple problems. Some insiders on some other forums that I belong to have actually admitted that dealers will actively refuse warranty work and will get the support of regional reps to do this.
