Go to the top of this page click HOW TO, then DTC CODES, then follow the directions for your year STS and post the codes here, like you said, you probably have an ABS wire off at one of the wheels the code will direct us

PS, you are also having power issues, have your battery load tested, these systems are very sensitive to irratic or weak battery power. Also clean your battery terminal connections

Thanks Mike need to do some reading first

Have you disconnected your battery recently this code suggests you have

P0603 - Control Module Long Term Memory Reset

If not, I would immediately clean your battery terminals, especially the positive cables, their are two cables under the red rubber insulator, that that apart and clean it, make sure they are tight after you tighten...by grabbing the cables and trying to turn them, sometimes the bolt bottoms out before full tightness

I cleaned the posative terminal, the negative looks OK there was a little white powder but I used a wire brush and compressor to blow it out. I still have the code.

Once you get your battery and cables straightened out you need to clear the codes (the ones that don't clear when the battery is disconnected). You can do this from the DIC by reading the codes, then at the prompt "PCM?" you are in the programming mode, with the fan switch as the input. UP is YES, DOWN is NO. Press DOWN and you will cycle through the modules. When you come to the BCM, press UP, then DOWN until you see "CLEAR CODES?" then press UP. When it finishes that after a couple of seconds, press "Info Reset" to get out of the programming mode.

If there are no CURRENT codes and everything seems OK, let it go until you drive the car for a day or two. Then, re-read the codes.
