Cadi Daddi
I have the message "Low oil Pressure,Stop Engine" on my on-board computer in my Deville. And it's not my oil pressure sending unit, and I hope it's nothing very serious and/or very expensive. Other than that, the car runs beautiful, no significant loss of compression. When the car is idle, it leaks pretty good. Can somebody help me out, please?

You need to immediately put an oil pressure gage on the engine to see what your TRUE oil pressure is, if you do have oil pressure you then need to find out where the short is in the oil pressure wiring circuit. No the light does not stay on at all. Only if at a stand still for about 5 minutes or so, the message will flash on the display and then go out. It leaves a small puddle on the ground underneath the side where the timing cover is. But my oil level stays the same. (No decrease in fluid level, yet)

The jerk-off that put in my new radiator did not put on a new O-ring that my oil cooler line ties into the radiator. Now all I have to do is reset my diagnostic computer to get that pesky "Service Engine Soon" light off my dash-board.
