TK76
I recently acquired a 2000 DeVille DHS - a really great ride but yikes those sun visors are worthless unless you are really short. The visors are big, bulky and they do not fold up high enough toward the windshield. I'm about 5'11" and unless I scrunch way down in the seat, my view is completely obstructed if I try to use a visor. Was there a fix issued for this ? Any suggestions are appreciated - other than see my dealer.
chazglenn3
No fix that I know of. I didn't know there was a problem with the visors...of course I live south of Seattle and the sun is rarely out! Charles

Ranger
Yeah, I've had better. Give it a good push and it'll go a little farther, but none the less a rather poor design.
TK76
My fault with the visors. I discovered that if you disengage the big visor from its parked position and swing it aside, you can access the small visor and fold it up right against the windshield. Then the big visor can either be used to block sun from the side (though it's oversized) or swung back up to its parked position.
