Cupillac
I've been searching but I can't find what PZ2255 is Any help would be appreciated. "Cadillac, it's not a car, it's an obsession" -W.Kingdon
KevinW
According to the manual, the PZM periodically sends out requests for information to other modules on the Class 2 data line. If one of them is not online, PZ2255 will set, and an appropriate substitute value will be used. Is the code "current"? ___________________________________________________
Cupillac
Yes it is a current. I also have another PZsomething which is the interior lamp default. I dont mind the lamps not coming on when I open the door. I wonder if its something like that. KevinW
PZ2255 is a generic code for loss of serial data. The half page of diagnostics suggest checking the integrity of the serial connections and the other modules. If nothing is found, replace the PZM. The loss of functionality you noted might help pinpoint an offending module or connection. ___________________________________________________
