95SevilleSLS
Okay, so I go to the programming procedure here :http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/cad93rke.html#repro I jump the wires on the ALDL and the doors lock/unlock and the trunk pops. Then I push a button on the remote and the same thing happens, like it's supposed to. I then disconnect the jumper wire and the pod works, but only for 5 seconds and then nothing. I have to program it again and then it works for 5 seconds again. Do you know why this would be? I replaced the batteries, but that didn't seem to help. And I can use it as much as I want for those 5 seconds and then it's done. It actually seems that if I keep pushing one of the buttons, it will go for as long as I want it to, but as soon as I leave it for 5 seconds without touching a button, it doesn't do anything after that until I program it again. I'm at a loss, any ideas? -Dusty- - 02 Seville STS, white diamond - 93 Sixty Special, Tan with vinyl top - 79 Coupe DeVille, Tan with Tan top - 06 GMC Sierra Z71, Black - 92 Silverado C1500, black and grey - 83 Chevy K10 Silverado, Black and Grey
95SevilleSLS
An update on it. I went test it after it sat for 1 hour and it worked to unlock it! Then I drove it around a bit came home and tried to lock it and it wouldn't lock it. Then I went to unlock it this morning and it did, but then it wouldn't lock it when I got to work. I think it's possessed. The lock and trunk button still work though, because before I start the car it works. It's just after I drive it, it doesn't . -Dusty- - 02 Seville STS, white diamond - 93 Sixty Special, Tan with vinyl top - 79 Coupe DeVille, Tan with Tan top - 06 GMC Sierra Z71, Black - 92 Silverado C1500, black and grey - 83 Chevy K10 Silverado, Black and Grey
