Bruce Nunnally
More rumors that Cadillac may get a full electric car based on the technology in the upcoming Chevrolet Volt. I suggest this means that the powertrain would be available say in the new SRX. You may recall that the new SRX was originally shown with a hydrogen powerplant. It may however mean that an upmodel variant of the Chevrolet Volt with Cadillac appointments would be sold as a Cadillac; I suggest Volt Touring Sedan, or VTS in that case. Finally, the plug-in hybrid powertrain may just be an engine option any vehicle can adopt, so another day you may pick gas, diesel, or electric power plants off the option list. Certainly I would be happy to see the current CTS available as a plug-in hybrid model. My daily commute like most people is under 40 miles, so many days I would use no gas at all. Throw me in that brier patch. Bruce 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Follow me on: Twitter Instagram Youtube
