Shocks? Stabilizer Bar? Rear Knuckles?

So I have this weird problem with my Sixty Special (aka glorified deville) and I need some help.

When I go over big bumps I get a kind of clunking sound from both sides in the back. When I go over bumps it sometimes "shimmys" and the back end kind of goes all over uncontrolably. Not horribly bad, but enough to notice. Then when I have people in the back seat, it makes funny noices almost all the time like something is rubbing (that's the best way to descibe it.)

At first I thought it was shocks, but it rides awesome, doesn't bounce and when people are in the back it pumps up and is actually very stiff when you go out and push down on the back. Then I thought it migth be stabilzer bar bushings or rear knuckle bushings. Any inputs?

I have the same issue with my 94. Doesn't affect the ride at all, but it would be nice to know what the heck it is.

not sure if this is what you have. my 95 concours was making a sound like a metal plate being slammed down over big bumps and after then later, uneven road surface. was a broken stabilizer bar clamp in the rear - metal collar goes around stabilizer bar. about 10 bucks for the part. looks like a piece of a cyclone fence.
